Due to the intimate nature of the theatre, children under five are not permitted. If there is an exception to this policy for our family shows, it will be noted on the performance calendar listing page on the website. No babies, please.
Unable to use your ticket? Donate it for resale prior to the performance and receive a tax deduction letter for the face value of the ticket(s).
Lost or undelivered tickets? Call the Box Office at 707-226-7372, option 1.
Performances begin promptly at the time advertised. Late seating will be at the discretion of the House Manager.

Cancelled Performances
If a performance is cancelled, return your ticket(s) to the Box Office for a full refund or exchange towards another performance. Refunds are issued only for cancelled performances. You may also donate your ticket(s) to receive a tax deduction letter for the face value of the ticket(s).

Impaired Hearing & Special Seating
For patrons with impaired hearing, listening devices are available. Please request one from an usher. Wheelchair seating is available, as well as side-transfer seats, which may be reserved when ordering tickets. For the convenience of our patrons, an elevator serves all Opera House levels.

Cameras and recording devices of any type are not permitted at any Napa Valley Opera House performance. Violators are subject to removal. Please remember to turn off all cell phones and pagers before entering the theatre.

If you lost something while attending a Napa Valley Opera House performance, please give us a call at 707-603-2339 to see if the item was found. Items will only be kept for 30 days.
