Tickets


Four Ways To Buy Tickets:

  1. Order In Person: The Box Office is now located in the Opera House Lobby at 1030 Main Street, downtown Napa.

    Box Office hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday 12:00 noon to 4 p.m. and 60 minutes prior to each performance.

    Cash, checks, major credit cards including debit cards and gift certificates will be accepted as payment in person.

    There is no service fee for tickets ordered in person.

    Tickets may also be purchased at the door beginning 60 minutes prior to performances, subject to availability.




  2. Order By Phone: Call the Box Office directly at (707)-226-7372, option 1.

    Phone service hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday 12:00 noon to 4 p.m. and 60 minutes prior to performances.

    Credit cards may be used as payment on phone orders.
    A $5 processing fee per order will be charged.
    Sorry, no reservations without payment for individual tickets.




  3. Order Online: Order tickets for all shows using our online form:
    Online Ticket Form.
    Your ticket purchase will be confirmed with a follow-up phone call from our box office.

    A limited inventory of seats for some shows are also available through TicketWeb at www.ticketweb.com.
    Please note that tickets purchased through TicketWeb are purchased through a different agency. There are no discounts or exchange options for these tickets purchased online.
    If a performance is sold-out on TicketWeb, please call our
    Box Office at (707)-226-7372, option 1 to confirm.

    Additional service charges also apply.
    Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.



  4. Order By Mail/Fax: Send your ticket request to: Box Office, Napa Valley Opera House, 1000 Main Street, Suite 150, Napa, CA 94559. Ticket requests can also be faxed to (707)-226-5392.

    There is a $5 order per transaction for tickets ordered by mail/fax.

    Please note that ticket requests are filled in the order received, and ticket availability cannot be guaranteed until the order is processed.

    Please be sure to include your order details, contact information (including phone number), and payment (no cash please).

    Tickets will be mailed, time permitting, or held at Will Call for pick up 60 minutes prior to the performance.
