Café Theatre Rental

PRIVATE PARTY RENTAL FEES:

  • For one day not to exceed eight hours and/or one performance: $2,000
  • For one day not to exceed twelve** hours and/or two performances: $2,500
  • Each additional consecutive eight hour day (one performance): $1,500

NON-PROFIT RENTAL FEES:
All non-profit organizations requesting rental use of the Opera House must submit proof of 501C(3) status.

  • For one day not to exceed eight hours and/or one performance: $1,750
  • For one day not to exceed twelve** hours and/or two performances: $2,000
  • Each additional consecutive eight hour day/one performance: $1,500

Hourly rates apply after contracted use of rental at $250 per hour.


*The base rental fee includes: Café Theatre, bars, kitchen, lobby, bathrooms, rear loading dock area, cleaning fee, House Manager and technical assistance. Renter is responsible for all overtime fees including those of the House Manager and technical crews.

**Additional Information: A twelve hour day is the maximum rental period or 2:00 AM, whichever comes first. Load-In may start as early as 8:00 AM and Load-Out must be completed by 2:00 AM. All times must be coordinated with the Opera House staff / House Manager prior to the event.
If warranted, additional cleaning fees will apply.

Other charges may apply depending upon type of event.
