Garage Band 101, created by Napa School of Music Director, Peter Sykes, is an 11-week rock band program that takes students of all ages through the process of developing their own rock band. The program culminates with a concert giving the participants the added experience of entertaining a audience with a rocking live performance. NSM instructors are extraordinary professional musicians who have a love of instilling high standards of musicianship into their students. These Garage Band 101 concerts have to be seen to be believed. These Napa School of Music student musicians really know how to put on a truly entertaining show!
In its nearly 5 years of existence the Napa School of Music has conducted 18 other Garage Band 101 sessions since it opened its doors on January 3rd, 2005.

To coincide with the release of the remastered Beatles catalog, this current session of Garage Band 101 will exclusively feature the music of The Beatles. Seven bands, including an adult band, complete with a horn section and the Napa School of Music faculty band will be performing the music that sparked a musical revolution.
Come and join us for a night of Beatlemania right here in the Napa Valley. Concert starts at 7pm, with doors opening at 6pm.
