Napa Valley Opera House Donation Policy and Guidelines

It is our intent to be responsible to the many requests that we receive. The Napa Valley Opera House will only consider making donations to non-profit organizations that the meet the following criteria:

  1. Non-Profit status: The organization must a valid non-profit and must provide their Federal 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit Status I.D. number prior to consideration.
  2. Mission: The mission of the organization must focus on the one of the following areas: 
    • The Arts 
    • Education 
    • Community (local Napa Valley community organizations preferred)
Deadline for Requests
Donation request letters must be received at least 60 days prior to the date of the event. The letter must document the type of event, the date of the event and be on the organization's official letterhead

One-Time Donation Commitment
An acceptance to an organization's letter of request does not guarantee any future donations to the organization. We will only donate an item once within the calendar year.

THE BOX OFFICE IS OPEN MONDAY - SATURDAY: NOON TO 6 PM.  ON PERFORMANCE DAYS, IT WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL SHOWTIME. TICKETS CAN ALSO BE PURCHASED BY CALLING 707.226.7372.
