Our Objective: is to provide participants with dignity as they work to transform their lives. This program will provide participants with meaningful skills in the culinary/hospitality industry.
The Program: The Red Kettle Culinary Training Program consists of two 16-week sessions of 6-7 hours per day, 5 days a week, approximately 10 students per session. This CIA-designed curriculum includes lectures, meal preparation, labs, group activities and field trips. The Salvation Army will provide facilities, supplies, support staff, administrative & financial oversight. Every student will receive case management services by Mentis, providing the support and structure they to need to ensure their successful completion; ability to meet course benchmarks, adhere to dress & conduct standards and job protocols that will prepare them for a workplace environment.
